Return Policy

Returns on unused items are accepted within 15 days of receipt for store credit or full refund. Returns after 15 days will receive store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returns are not accepted for custom items.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend using a trackable return method, as Production Mode is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments. Please allow one week for processing time on returns and exchanges.
