Multi-Harness Weave-a-long with Maggie Leininger

  • 3860 N Lincoln Ave Chicago, IL, 60613 United States (map)

Join us for a delightful afternoon learning the basics of hand weaving!

Learn how to use a four-harness loom and weave a piece of fabric that you can use to decorate your home or wardrobe. This drop-in class is ideal for beginners with absolutely no experience who want to learn how a loom works. Participants will learn to use a versatile and portable multi-harness loom, how to read a weaving pattern, and how color blending occurs in a weaving. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn! All materials are provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own yarn to see what happens. Participants will be able to take home what they've woven during the workshop for future reference.

This workshop is intended to be fun and informative. Come out for an enjoyable afternoon and learn a new skill. Drinks (cocktails & NA options) and light snacks will be provided.

Cost is $95 per attendee. If this cost is prohibitive to you, send us a message at sales@productionmodechicago.com

All sales are final.
